The GI Journal of Clinical and Biomedical Sciences charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 700 for each accepted manuscript. The APC is payable only after the article has been accepted following peer review.

No other charges apply. There are no submission fees, review fees, page charges, color charges, or publication fees beyond the APC.

Waiver and Discount Policy

The journal may grant partial or full APC waivers in exceptional cases, including authors from low-income countries or those facing genuine financial hardship. Waiver requests must be submitted at the time of manuscript submission and are evaluated independently of the editorial decision.

Refund Policy

APC payments are non-refundable once the article has entered the production process. Refund requests received before production begins may be considered on a case-by-case basis. No refund will be provided for articles rejected during peer review, withdrawn by the authors after acceptance, or retracted due to ethical or scientific concerns.
